This day happens once. It's full of details that you probably finished at the 11th hour, employed an army of family and friends to help, and painstakingly mulled over months—or even years—beforehand.
There are guests who come from all over, some you haven't seen since childhood, all there for you. All together in one special place. And there are moments. Lots of them. They're fleeting and pass by quickly. That's where we come in.
When you hire us to photograph your wedding, you're hiring us to artistically preserve and share all those beautiful moments with your family and friends, rekindling the emotion of that special day. It's an investment in your future that we never take for granted.
1/3 deposit is due when the wedding date is booked, unless other arrangements are made. The balance is due one week prior to the wedding. This deposit guarantees your date and is not refundable in the event of a cancellation, unless it can be rebooked.
OUT OF COUNTY TRAVEL FEES
There are no travel fees for events within Santa Cruz County. For events outside of Santa Cruz County:
Travel up to 50 miles: $50.00
Travel 50-100 miles: $100.00
Travel over 100 miles: ask for quote
DIGITAL ARCHIVING (DVD)
High resolution DVDs may be purchased for $250.
I will store your images in my files for 2 years after the date of your wedding. I will try to notify you upon the two-year anniversary and offer them for purchase. If I do not hear from you, or if you are not interested, I will dispose of them.

ADDITIONAL WEDDING DAY COVERAGE
Availability of additional time beyond that included with the selected coverage cannot be guaranteed. However, if required any extra time at the rate of $150 per hour may be added.
